Rent the Hall

Our hall is available to rent. People have parties, meetings, celebrations of life, or training events here. Music is fine until 10 p.m. NO ALCOHOL is permitted anywhere on Grange property.

The dining room is 40’x50’ and can hold 135 people in restaurant-style seating, or up to 285 people at a meeting. Our tables and chairs are available at no additional cost. This hall includes the kitchen, with two stoves, refrigerator, and lots of counter space. Rental is $375 per day, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is also a refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit. We require a liability insurance certificate which may be purchased online as event insurance or from an insurance agency.

We also have a large formal meeting room with a stage. The Main Hall is 64’x40’ and will hold up to 400 people. Although the restrooms and lobby area are included in Main Hall rental, the kitchen is not. Rent is $375 per day, $200 refundable deposit, and insurance certificate.

If the building is available, we offer setup time the night before your event, four hours for $50.
