The dining hall can be used for conferences, meetings, dancing, and more. The dining hall is 39’ x 48’ and can hold up to 135 people in dining-style seating with tables and chairs, or up to 285 people standing or with chairs only. The dining hall includes a kitchen, with two stoves, two refrigerators, and lots of counter space.
The weekday rental rate (Monday – Thursday) is $100/hour with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Weekday rentals longer than 4 hours are charged as a full day at the weekend rate. Weekday rentals are 7 A.M. to 4 P.M.
The weekend rental rate (Friday – Sunday) is $400 per day, 7 A.M. to 11 P.M.
There is also a refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit. Violations of the rental agreement may result in a forfeiture of the full security deposit.
We also require a liability insurance certificate which needs to be purchased separately. You can find this insurance online with event insurance companies or an insurance agency. The cost of this insurance will vary depending on the specifics of your event and where you purchase it.
