
Thank you for your interest in renting the Irving Grange hall. Hall rental fees help us keep the lights on and maintain and improve the building and grounds. The Grange hall is available to rent for weddings, meetings, conferences, celebrations of life, training events, birthdays, swap meets, craft fairs, and so much more.
Irving Grange has two halls that you can rent. The dining hall and the main hall. You can rent one or the other, or both. We also rent just the parking lot and outdoor grass area for outdoor-only events. Please note: NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in the main hall.
The weekday hourly rental rate (Monday – Thursday) of the dining hall or the main hall is $100/hour with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. You can rent both halls for $200/hour with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Weekday rentals longer than 4 hours are charged as a full day at the weekend rate. Weekday rentals are 7 A.M. to 4 P.M.
The weekend rental rate (Friday – Sunday) of the dining hall or the main hall is $400/day, 7 A.M. to 11 P.M. You can rent both halls for $800/day.

Here are some of the basic guidelines when using the Grange hall and facilities:

- Please be respectful of the Grange hall so we can continue to be a resource to the community in the future.
- Please take into consideration of your rental that food and drink is permitted only in the dining hall, not in the main hall.
- NO ALCOHOL is permitted anywhere on Grange property.
- NO Smoking, or Vaping is allowed inside the building.
- Music is fine until 10 p.m., as long as the volume level remains respectful of our neighbors. Loud bass that can be heard outside the building by our neighbors is not allowed.
- If the building is available, we offer 4 hours of setup time the evening before your event for $50.
- 20 – six foot tables and 150 chairs are included with your hall rental.
- There is a refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit for each hall. The refundable deposit is $400 if both halls are rented. Violations of the rental agreement may result in a forfeiture of the full security deposit.
- We also require a liability insurance certificate which needs to be purchased separately. You can find this insurance online with event insurance companies or an insurance agency. The cost of this insurance will vary depending on the specifics of your event and where it is purchased.
- We offer additional rental supplies and equipment for an additional charge. We have dish and utensil sets, a speaker with wired microphone, a projector and screen, and larger 8 foot tables.
- Catering is not offered by Irving Grange but may be provided from a third-party vendor of your choice.
